📂 Digital Products (SVGs, PNGs, 3D Files, Printables)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once a file has been downloaded.
However — if you run into any technical hiccups or there’s an issue with your file, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@cheekyminds.com. We’ll make it right and ensure you’re able to use your file as intended!
🛍️ Handmade Goods & Custom Items
All of our handmade products are crafted with love and made-to-order — because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds. Each item is uniquely made just for you.
That said, if a mistake was made on our end (like an error in the item you received), we’ll absolutely take care of it in full. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Once an order is placed, it enters our creative process right away — which means we are unable to offer cancellations.

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept cancellations on digital products once purchased.
🛍️ Handmade Goods
All handmade items are crafted just for you — because of this, cancellations are not available on physical orders, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces.
